These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and waja32 (hereinafter referred to as "waja32", "the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), which operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://waja32.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet through waja32, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all users accessing the platform from Malaysia and other jurisdictions. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the waja32 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• Age Requirement: You are at least 21 years of age. Waja32 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling and sports betting activities. Users under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Single Account: You are not already the holder of an active waja32 account. Each individual may hold only one registered account at any given time.
• Personal Account: You are opening and using the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, company, or organisation.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Not a Restricted Person: You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of waja32 or its affiliated companies.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You have satisfied yourself that participation in online gambling through the waja32 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Waja32 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensing territory.

To access the full range of waja32 Services, you must complete the account registration process and provide accurate personal information. The registration process requires you to submit, at minimum: a valid email address, a mobile phone number, a date of birth, and a preferred currency (MYR). You may also be required to provide a full legal name and residential address at the time of, or subsequent to, registration for KYC compliance purposes.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these credentials with any other person. You agree to notify waja32 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat at [email protected].

Waja32 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While waja32 will take all reasonable steps to maintain platform security, waja32 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate password security or enable available security features.

Waja32 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may be requested at any time and typically requires submission of: a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent); a proof of residential address issued within the past 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence); and, where applicable, proof of source of funds or source of wealth documentation.

All KYC documents must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified translation. Waja32 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion and to suspend or restrict account functionality during the verification process.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the waja32 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded via your last-used payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

All financial transactions on the waja32 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Waja32 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency options (USDT and BTC).

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction (subject to individual payment method minimums).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Waja32 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposit limits may be set by the player via account settings as part of the responsible gambling framework. Such limits, once set, are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before any upward revision takes effect.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for most Malaysian bank and e-wallet channels during business hours, subject to payment provider processing times.
• Only verified real-money funds (i.e., deposits and winnings derived from real-money wagers with completed wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Waja32 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns, which may result in a delay of up to five (5) business days.

All sports bets, casino wagers, lottery entries, and other gaming activity on the waja32 platform are governed by the specific product rules applicable to each game type or sports market, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions. Where any conflict exists between product-specific rules and these General Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

All sports betting markets — including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL) matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC events, and international football — are governed by the waja32 Sports Betting Rules. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds and at waja32's sole discretion.

Waja32 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of: obvious pricing errors; where the market outcome has been affected by events outside the normal course of play; or where there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of the relevant event. Mix Parlay bets (combination bets across multiple selections) are subject to additional rules set out in the Sports Betting Rules document.

All casino games, including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and other table games, use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and certified for fairness. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. Waja32 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

Waja32 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier benefits, birthday bonuses, and referral programme rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms set out in the individual promotion details, in addition to these general bonus conditions.

• All bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above only who have accepted the promotion during the applicable promotional period.
• Bonus funds are held in a separate ledger from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 25x). Bonus funds and associated winnings are not eligible for withdrawal until the stated wagering requirement is met in full.
• Certain game types may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, sports bets, and slots may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Waja32 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any player who has already accepted and acted upon the promotion prior to such withdrawal shall not be adversely affected.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, hedging strategies, or other methods designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the waja32 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening, operating, or using more than one registered account, whether in your own name or using the name or details of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for natural human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation may be voided and the account suspended.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or wagering funds that are the proceeds of crime, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming waja32 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the waja32 platform or its underlying software.

All content on the waja32 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "waja32", the platform logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and any other proprietary material — is the exclusive intellectual property of waja32 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the waja32 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of waja32.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waja32 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible loss.

Waja32 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service disruptions (including payment processor outages), and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

Where waja32's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Waja32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; there is evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct; the player's account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party; or the player has been identified as a self-excluded individual.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, waja32 may void all outstanding bets, forfeit all bonus funds, and withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players who wish to dispute an account suspension may submit a formal dispute via the waja32 support team at [email protected]. All disputes will be reviewed within ten (10) business days and a written response provided.

Waja32 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices and the protection of vulnerable individuals. The platform provides a range of self-management tools accessible to all registered players at no cost, including deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. During any active self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked and no new account registration will be accepted from that individual. Waja32 will use all reasonable technical means to prevent self-excluded players from accessing the platform.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which waja32 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall first be referred to waja32's internal dispute resolution process as described in Section 11.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Players retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect urgent interests.

Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to refer complaints to the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction waja32 operates, details of which are available upon written request to our support team.

Waja32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, waja32 will provide reasonable notice to active players via email (to the registered address on the account) and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
